Laminated glass is composed of two or more pieces of glass with one or more layers of organic polymer interlayer film between them. After a special high-temperature pre-pressing (or vacuuming) and high-temperature and high-pressure process, the glass and the interlayer are made permanent. For composite glass products that are bonded together, the commonly used interlayer films for laminated glass are: PVB, SGP, EVA, PU, etc., to make laminated glass with different safety performance, sound insulation performance, energy saving effect or decorative effect.

Different from conventional laminated glass, this type of laminated glass is decorated with embedded decorative parts (metal mesh, metal plate, silk, etc.) laminated glass, laminated glass with embedded PET material and other decorative and functional laminated glass.

Multi-layer laminated glass ribs/multi-layer laminated safety glass

According to the wind pressure resistance of the curtain wall and the bending of the large glass surface, the glass ribs are designed. Two, three, four or more layers of glass are commonly used to meet the design requirements. The commonly used laminated glass intermediate film is PVB or SGP.
